AMPYR Solar Europe was created in 2021 through the incorporation of NaGa Solar into the existing AMPYR Energy UK joint venture between AGP Sustainable Real Assets and Hartree Partners.
Today, AMPYR Solar Europe is positioned to become a leading European Independent power Producer focusing on Germany, UK and the Netherlands. With a 7+ GW solar portfolio in development, of which over 1GWp is operational, under construction or in advanced development, AMPYR Solar Europe boasts in-house capabilities spanning the entire solar power production project lifecycle, from land acquisition, permitting and development, construction, operation and power commercialisation of solar plants.

AMPYR Energy is AGP's global renewable development platform, actively engaged in developing over 12GW of wind, solar and battery storage assets globally. AMPYR leadership has a proven track record of successfully delivering more than 3 GW of renewable energy assets across the Asia Pacific region. To support projects and accelerate their delivery, AMPYR Energy leverages a proprietary technical services centre, providing top-tier design, engineering and procurement capabilities to AMPYR Energy's regional platforms, as required.

Euro Solar Investments BV (ESI)
ESI is led by veteran renewable energy developer and entrepreneur Henny Pelsers who founded and led NaGa Solar, a distinguished project developer specialising in large-scale solar projects within the Netherlands and Germany with over two decades of project development experience, before its amalgamation into AMPYR Solar Europe. Mr. Pelsers and the NaGa Solar team have extensive experience spanning ground-mounted solar parks, rooftop systems, and innovative offerings such as Agri PV, floating PV, and solar carports. ASE benefits greatly from their well-established and long-term relationships with landowners and local communities, and ability to navigate the complexities of solar project development.

AMPYR Solar Europe is active in Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. In each, we have strong country teams with extensive local knowledge, and a deep understanding of how to navigate the complexities and challenges unique to each country.
