Aufgabenbereiche

• Sorgfältige Ausfertigung von Nutzungs-, Kauf-, Dienstbarkeits- und Erbbaurechtsverträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer externen Anwaltskanzlei
• Allgemeine Administration (Aktenanlage, Dokumentenablage, etc.)
• Korrespondenz mit Behörden und Notariaten
• Bearbeitung der Korrespondenz (selbstständig sowie nach Stichwort)
• Nachvertragliche Überwachung der Vereinbarungen und Fristen

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Organisationstalent, ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen sowie klare Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen

AMPYR Solar Europe (ASE) was created in 2021 through the merger of NaGa Solar with the existing AMPYR Energy UK solar joint venture between AGP Group and Hartree Partners. The merger created a major European Solar Enterprise with a combined pipeline of over 4GW of large-scale ground- mount and rooftop solar projects in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands and a team of over 30 experienced renewable development professionals.
