AMPYR Solar Deutschland, part of AMPYR Solar Europe group, is looking to reinforce its Urban Design team with an experiences Landscape Architect. As part of the urban design team-and consecutively part of the overall project development department- the role will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solar farms and BESS projects are designed in accordance with regulations, and that are both sustainable and integrated into the surrounding landscape.


Job Responsibilities:

• Processing development plan procedures (development plans, development plan amendments, and land use plan amendments) in accordance with the German Federal Building Code (BauGB and federal BO)

• Conceptual preparation and processing of planning documents

• Coordination with city and municipal administrations during the plan preparation pro-cess

• Integration of expert opinions on species protection, emission control, geology, and other environmentally relevant aspects into the planning documents

• Coordination of plans with public interest bodies (TÖB), including public and govern-ment participation in accordance with Sections 3, 4, 4a, and 4b of the BauGB

• Preparation of project presentations and presentation of them in connection with de-velopment plans

• Application of all relevant laws and regulations in construction and planning law


Requirements:

• Degree in landscape planning, spatial planning, urban planning, or a comparable field

• Federal Chamber of Architects (BAK) licence

• 5-8 years of experience in Land planning with minimum 3 year in renewable energy

• Professional experience in urban development planning and in-depth knowledge of construction and planning law

• Confident use of common planning and presentation software

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team

• IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft applications including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Spoken and written fluency in spoken and written German and English
